To continue to use OroTimesheet 5 after the 45-day trial period, you must buy one or several licenses. You pay only once for your license(s). There is no annual fee.

Licenses are the same no matter if your employees are using OroTimesheet 5 (the Windows program) or the web version. You need at least one license for each employee that must use OroTimesheet. In fact, you can install OroTimesheet on any number of computers you want since licenses are managed per employee instead of per computer.

For example, if you have 5 employees that must use OroTimesheet (no matter if they are using OroTimesheet simultaneously or not), you will need 5 licenses. Please note that licenses are not concurrent. So, even if there is never more than 3 employees that are using OroTimesheet at the same time, you will even need 5 licenses.

The only exception is for the punch clock software for OroTimesheet 5. To be able to use the punch clock software after the 45-day trial period, you must buy one or several licenses of type punch clock. Unlike OroTimesheet licenses, licenses for the punch clock software are managed per computer and not per employee. So, you will need one different license of type punch clock for each computer on which you want to use the punch clock software for OroTimesheet 5. Please note that since the punch clock software works jointly with OroTimesheet, for each license of type punch clock you buy, you get one license of OroTimesheet for free.

Please also note that the number of licenses do not limit the number of employees you can create into OroTimesheet. For example, if only one employee uses OroTimesheet to enter time for 50 employees, in that case, you will only need one license since only one employee will use OroTimesheet even if 50 employees are created in the database.

To continue to use OroMailCenter 1.0 after the 45-day trial period, you must buy it. You pay only once for your license(s). There is no annual fee.

When buying OroMailCenter, you also get 5 Agent licenses for free. If more than 5 agents must use OroMailCenter, you must also buy additional Agent licenses. Please note that you can buy additional Agent licenses at the same time you buy OroMailCenter or later.

You need at least one Agent license for each agent that must use OroMailCenter. In fact, you can install OroMailCenter on any number of computers you want since licenses are managed per agent instead of per computer.

For example, if you have 5 agents that must use OroMailCenter (no matter if they are using OroMailCenter simultaneously or not), you will need 5 Agent licenses. Please note that licenses are not concurrent. So, even if there is never more than 3 agents that are using OroMailCenter at the same time, you will even need 5 licenses.

So, even if there is never more than 3 users that are using NewWayService at the same time, you will even need 5 licenses.

Please also note that the number of licenses does not limit the number of technicians you can create into NewWayService. For example, if only one user uses NewWayService to enter work orders for 50 technicians, in that case, you will only need one license since only one user will use NewWayService even if 50 technicians are created in the database.

Please note also that no license is required for customers that enter a work order through the web version or customers that consult the status of a work order through the web version.

Note also that the NewWayService Windows service does not require any license either.

To continue to use OroMailCenter 2 after the 45-day trial period, you must buy or rent one or several licenses.

You pay only once for license(s) bought. There is no annual fee for licenses bought. About rented licenses, the rental period is for one year. So, rented licenses must be renewed yearly if you want to continue to use OroMailCenter 2 when the rental period ends.
