| #FAQ: 10043-EN, Date: 5/6/2002 After converting reports from "Letter" paper format to "A4" paper format, the totals in the reports are not calculated correctly anymore. |
| The information in this article applies to : OroTimesheet 4.x (English) OroTimesheet 4.x (French) Description When you run the option "Convert reports paper format to A4" from the reports generator, after the conversion is finished, some fields of the reports are not calculated correctly anymore, resulting in bad totals on the report. Even if thereafter, you run the reverse option "Convert reports paper format to Letter", this does not correct the problem.
Solution This option has been fixed in version 4.05 of OroTimesheet 4. However if you have already used this option with a version prior to version 4.05 of OroTimesheet 4, running this option again will not fix the problem.
To fix the problem, You must use the "Original reports reinstallation utility" now included with OroTimesheet 4 since version 4.05. This program is called "REPINST.EXE" and is located in the installation folder of OroTimesheet 4 (usually "C:\Program Files\OroLogic\OroTimesheet4\"). This utility is used to reinstall the reports usually included with OroTimesheet 4. You can download the new release 4.05 from the downloads section of our web site. Status Fixed |
