| The information in this article applies to : OroTimesheet 5.x (English) Description If you started to use OroTimesheet 5 before version 5.09, it can happen that some reports (in the english version only) do not print correctly. These reports are: Summary of worked time by employee/project/activity, Summary of worked time by project, Summary of worked time by project/activity, Summary of worked time by project/activity/employee and Summary of worked time by project/employee.
Indeed, even if you install the last update of OroTimesheet 5, reports are not automatically updated. You have to fix these reports manually. Solution Please, follow the procedure below to fix these reports:
1- Download the proper report by clicking on the corresponding link below then save the file on your computer. Report Summary of worked time by employee/project/activity English - Letter English - A4 Report Summary of worked time by project English - Letter English - A4 Report Summary of worked time by project/activity English - Letter English - A4 Report Summary of worked time by project/activity/employee English - Letter English - A4 Report Summary of worked time by project/employee English - Letter English - A4 2- Run the reports generator included with OroTimesheet 5. (From the Windows Start button, select Programs | OroTimesheet 5 | Reports Generator). 3- Go in the proper folder where is located the report to fix then double-click on the report name. You will get in design mode. (By default, these reports are located in the Other reports | OroGesTemps 3.x style reports folder. 4- Select the menu File | Load from file select the file previously saved at step 1 then click Open. 5- Select the menu File | Save to save the fixed report. 6- After it, select the menu File | Close then quit the reports generator. 7- You can restart OroTimesheet 5 and the report should now print correctly.
