Under Windows XP, when I use the option "Purge of work orders" or "Transfer of work orders to history", lists of criteria are not displayed.

Description

When the option "Purge of work orders" or "Transfer of work orders to history" is selected, usually, various lists are displayed such as the list of status, the list of customers, etc.

Under Windows XP, these lists are not displayed, so that the user cannot select criteria from them.

Solution

This problem has been fixed with the update 2.06 of NewWayService. You can download this update from the "Downloads" section of our web site.
