When I print a report on service calls, some service calls are not printed.

Description

When I print a report on service calls, some service calls are not printed.

Solution

To correct this problem, be sure that each service call contains a product number. This problem was solved by the release 2000.03 of GDS 2000. You can download the new release from the downloads section of our web site.
